The BFC-SFS400 sink-float separator uses a dense media bath to separate materials by specific gravity. Material is immersed in a fluid of controlled density; lighter materials float and are skimmed off, while heavier materials sink and are extracted. The 400 mm wide system produces high-purity density fractions for plastic recycling, glass cullet and C&D waste processing. Media density is precisely controlled for accurate cut points.
