The BFC-RF1030 reciprocating feeder uses a back-and-forth sliding motion to extract and feed bulk materials from hoppers. The 1000 mm wide pan oscillates horizontally on support rollers, pushing material forward in each stroke. This design is particularly effective for sticky, fibrous or abrasive materials that would jam vibratory feeders. The crank mechanism provides adjustable stroke length and frequency. Simple, robust construction with few moving parts makes it ideal for heavy industrial use in coal, ash, slag and chemical processing.
