The BFC-PF1230 pan feeder is a heavy-duty vibrating pan designed to receive direct impact loads from overhead dumps and feed primary crushers or conveyors. The 1200 mm wide by 3000 mm long steel pan is driven by twin vibrator motors and lined with replaceable AR steel plates. Unlike grizzly feeders, the solid pan provides positive feeding of sticky or clay-bound materials that would bridge in bar-type feeders. Built to withstand severe impact from excavator or loader dumping. Suitable for primary crushing stations in quarry, mining and recycling.
