BFC-GRS1548 Grizzly Screen

The BFC-GRS1548 grizzly screen is a heavy-duty scalping machine designed to remove oversize rock and debris from ROM feed before primary crushing. The bar grizzly deck consists of durable steel bars spaced to achieve the required scalping cut, typically 100-300 mm. Vibrated by rugged twin motors, material cascades across the grizzly bars with fines falling through and oversize traveling to a separate discharge. The 1500 mm wide by 4800 mm long scalping deck handles heavy, abrasive ROM feed up to 500 mm lump size. Built with HARDOX wear bars and heavy-duty frame for primary crusher protection.
