The BFC-GF1848 grizzly feeder combines controlled feeding with scalping screening in one integrated unit. The 1800 mm wide by 4800 mm long vibrating deck consists of steel bars that both convey material forward and allow fines to drop through. This pre-scalping protects the primary crusher from excessive fines and improves crushing efficiency. The variable speed drive regulates feed rate while the bar gap controls the scalping cut. Built with replaceable HARDOX bars and heavy-duty vibrator drive for quarry and mining duty.
