The BFC-FRU1200 fines recovery unit captures and dewater fine sand lost in wash plant effluent. Using a hydrocyclone and dewatering screen combination, the 1200 mm wide system recovers particles as fine as 75 microns. This reduces pond maintenance and produces a saleable fine sand product.
