The BFC-ECS1000 eddy current separator recovers non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and zinc from waste streams. The 1000 mm wide belt feeds material over a high-speed magnetic rotor that induces eddy currents in non-ferrous metals, repelling them from the material flow. This creates a clean split between non-ferrous metals and residual waste. Essential equipment in waste recycling, aluminum scrap, electronics recycling and municipal solid waste processing.
