BFC-DWS2460 Dewatering Screen

The BFC-DWS2460 dewatering screen is purpose-built for efficient removal of excess water from sand, gravel and recycled aggregates. Using steep deck inclination combined with high-frequency linear vibration, slurry fed onto the deck drains through wedge-wire panels while retained solids travel upward to discharge. The result is a drip-free product with typically 10-15% moisture content, ready for stacking or transport. The 2400 mm wide by 6000 mm long deck handles high-volume sand and fine aggregate streams. Equipped with polyurethane or stainless wedge-wire panels and spray/rinsing system options.
