The BFC-DS2400 dewatering screen removes free water from sand, fines and recycled aggregates. The 2400 mm wide high-frequency linear screen uses steep deck angle and wedge-wire panels to produce drip-free material. Slurry or wet feed is distributed across the deck; water drains through while solids travel upward to discharge. Ideal for sand washing plants, fines recovery and recycled aggregate processing.
