The BFC-DFS500 density separator uses water-based gravity separation to split materials by specific gravity. Material is fed into a fluid bath where heavy particles (stone, glass, metal) sink and light particles (plastic, wood) float. The sink and float fractions are separately dewatered and discharged. Ideal for plastics recycling, C&D waste and mineral processing where precise density split is required. The 500 mm wide system handles medium throughput.
