The deck profile follows a banana shape with steep initial slope for rapid stratification and flatter sections for accurate sizing. This geometry delivers 2-3 times more capacity per deck area than conventional horizontal screens. The 3000 mm wide body is ideal for high-tonnage mining and aggregate operations requiring efficient multi-zone screening.
