The BFC-AF1250 apron feeder is a heavy-duty pan feeder designed to withdraw regulated material from large storage hoppers and bins. The overlapping steel pans, carried on heavy roller chains, deliver positive flow of even the heaviest and most abrasive bulk materials. The 1200 mm wide pan chain handles lump sizes up to 500 mm and capacities up to 300 t/h. Built with heavy-duty chain, sprockets and drive, this feeder withstands severe impact from loaded hoppers. Essential under surge bins in mining, quarry and cement plants where reliable withdrawal of lumpy bulk solids is critical.
