The BFC-ACF400 air classifier separates light materials from heavy materials using controlled air flow. Material is fed into a vertical air stream where light fractions (film, paper, plastic) are carried upward and collected, while heavy fractions (glass, stones, metal) drop down. The 400 mm wide classifier handles waste recycling, RDF production and industrial minerals. Adjustable air velocity allows precise cut point between light and heavy fractions.
