The BFC-AC800 air-supported conveyor replaces idler rollers with an air cushion that lifts the belt. The 800 mm wide belt rides on a thin film of air in a enclosed trough, eliminating rolling resistance and friction. This results in lower power consumption, quieter operation and improved belt tracking. Fully enclosed design contains dust and spillage. Ideal for grain, cement, fly ash and bulk powder transport where low energy and dust control are priorities.
